This policy explains how LPB Ventures s.r.o. processes personal data obtained while providing its services and operating this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Technical data about your visit (IP address, browser type, cookie data) — to the extent described in the Cookies section below.
Handling your enquiry and communicating with you — the legal basis is taking steps prior to entering a contract and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
Performance of contracts and statutory obligations (e.g. accounting and tax) — the legal basis is performance of a contract and compliance with a legal obligation.
Website analytics — only on the basis of the consent you give in the cookie bar.
Necessary cookies provide the basic functionality of the website and are used without consent. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ireland Ltd.) are used only if you grant consent in the cookie bar.

Enquiry data is kept for the time necessary to handle it and then for the duration of our legitimate interest, for no longer than 1 year. Data processed under the law is kept for the statutory period.
Personal data may be made available to our processors who provide website operation, hosting, email and analytics services (in particular Google). We have appropriate processing agreements in place with these processors.
These include in particular the web hosting provider, Web3Forms (form processing) and Google Ireland Ltd. (analytics).
